9th Annual Vettes For Pets
Join us for our 9th Annual VETTES FOR PETS on Sunday, August 16th, at 10:00am!
Arrive for registration at 10:00am at the CNYSPCA. We will leave at 10:30am for Harvey’s Garden.
Suggested donation: $20 per car

The CNYSPCA is hosting a book swap Thursday, September 10 from 5 to 7:30PM in the Shelter’s community room! Come and share books, favorite stories, and meet with adoptable animals!
No sign up required to attend.

Crafting for a Cause - July 2026 Paint & Sip
Join CNYSPCA, Freight Yard Brewing and Sip of Color Syracuse for our fundraising event on Tuesday, July 28th from 6-8 pm $45 per painter.
Guided step-by-step instruction to create wildflowers on a wine bottle with fairy lights. (No experience needed)
All the colors will be available to create the bouquet of your choice.

Don't wait to grab your spot because space is limited!
Paint Your Pup
Looking for a fun night out while supporting homeless animals? Join us for our Paint Your Pup Fundraiser and create a custom wooden sign featuring your own furry best friend! No artistic experience is needed! You’ll receive a digital proof before the event, and all supplies are included. Choose from over 50 dog breed and ear-style designs, personalize it with your dog’s name, and pick your favorite font.

Paws & Poses: Yoga for a Cause

Join the CNYSPCA and Sky Yoga Studios for a relaxing afternoon of movement, mindfulness, and doggy snuggles. This special donation-based yoga event will help support the animals in our care, with 100% of proceeds benefiting the CNYSPCA. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or brand new to yoga, all experience levels are welcome.

Join the CNYSPCA at Central Rock Gym Syracuse during their Boulders + Brews event July 13 from 6pm-8pm.

Open Meet & Greet Adoption Event!
Looking for your new best friend? This is the perfect opportunity! For ONE DAY ONLY, we're opening our doors for walk-in meet and greets with ALL of our adoptable dogs. Normally, meet and greets are scheduled by appointment, but on Saturday, July 11, you can stop in and meet any of our available pups—no appointment needed!
The 12 dogs featured in this flyer will have their adoption fees WAIVED! These incredible dogs have been waiting far too long for their forever families, and we hope this special event helps them finally find the homes they deserve. All other adoptable dogs will be available to meet as well, with our standard adoption fees
