Animal Welfare Services

The CNYSPCA provides services related to the investigation of animal cruelty to municipalities in Onondaga and Oswego Counties.  Please remember that if you see something, say something – it is the only way to stop animal cruelty.

We do not respond to reports of animal cruelty in the City of Syracuse.  If you need assistance with a cruelty matter in the City of Syracuse, please call 315-442-5336 or email animalcruelty@syracusepolice.org
