Recurring Giving Program
A recurring donation is a pre-authorized arrangement in which a donor authorizes the Central New York SPCA to make a donation against a specific credit card account, for a specified donation amount. Donors can set up monthly, quarterly or annual recurring donation(s).
Recurring gifts provide a consistent, reliable income stream to the shelter. Donors often prefer this method of giving because it’s easy to budget and it feels great to be making a difference in the lives of so many animals consistently, throughout the year.

At what point in the month is my card charged?
Whatever day you began your recurring donations (e.g. the 12th), your card will be charged that same day every month. Look for the charge on your bank statement.
How do I stop my ongoing monthly donations?
Simply notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 315-454-4479; or by sending in a written request to do so, to The Central New York SPCA, 5878 East Molloy Road, Syracuse New York 13211 and we will immediately cancel your subscription. Please note that all requests received after the 15th of the month would apply to that following month, for monthly giving only.
What if I want to switch to a different credit card?
Notify us at email@example.com or 315-454-4479 to cancel your present subscription and once confirmed, fill out the Recurring Monthly Donation form again using your updated credit card information.
